OLIVE

The scope of this project touched every floor of this 3-storey Victorian semi-detached home. We dug-out the basement to create a laid-back, multi-functional additional living space space, a bedroom for a teenage boy and laundry room with a pop. The main floor was re-envisioned with a bold, cheerful kitchen and updated furnishings and colour palette throughout. The awkward third floor master was scrapped to better leverage the dormer space; creating a one-of-a-kind shower experience. Colour, honesty of materials, warm neutrals and layering of textures are the crux of the finishes in this home. Featured in House & Home.
