Merton

We deconstructed the boxed-in layout of the original home, dug-out the existing basement and expanded the footprint with a 17’D x 18’W three-floor rear addition. Designed for a tall client, the interior space planning focussed on creating clear spans on the main floor, open circulation pathways throughout and a generous master suite. A connection to the outdoors at the rear of the house was imperative – the immensely deep and private backyard is central to our clients’ love of the property. Featured in the Globe & Mail.
